1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our Virtual Assistant (VA) Training Courses, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not
access or use the courses.

2. Subscription Details

The subscription provides access to our VA Training Courses for a period of one (1) year. The subscription fee will be charged upfront upon enrollment.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew every year unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the time of renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription if you do not wish to continue.

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing or through the cancellation option in your account settings at least 7 days before the renewal date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the automatic renewal of your subscription, and no refunds will be issued for renewals.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only available within 30 days of the initial purchase, provided no more than 15% of the course content has been accessed. No refunds will be issued for automatic renewals.

6. Access to Course Materials

Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription, access to the course materials will be terminated immediately.

7. Prohibited Actions

Downloading and Sharing Content: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, reproducing, distributing, or publicizing any Sandbox VA course materials, including videos, documents, or other resources. Creating Similar Courses: If you are found to be creating, offering, or promoting a training course that is substantially similar to Sandbox VA’s offerings, your account will be immediately terminated without prior notice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the prohibited actions outlined above.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the courses after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Philippines, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Philippines.
